Sheriff Stine vs. The Judge: Who Shot the Sheriff?

Preliminary reports show that Sheriff Shawn Stines shot and Killed Judge Kevin Mullins late yesterday afternoon.
We do not know what really happened but there are now reports that the Sheriff believed that the Judge r4ped his daughter.
