God help us all
This breaks my heart what is happening to Americans.

This is not about race but about taking care of the many Americans that are in desperate need and being put behind the refuges/ immigrants.

Just because they changed the rules to allow this does not make it right!!
There are homeless veterans, disabled people being put to the end of housing list replaced by migrants, money allocated for victims of the drug company being stolen and given to the refuges.
How is it that the rules are so strict for Americans getting services but readably available to those just coming in.
After they are brought here and once given the money for being a sanctuary city and the people arriving makes it impossible to stop because the people are here and need help, but they are hindering them not helping there should have been a better plan to get them self sufficient in a set amount of time.
When given everything and allowed not to have any expectations they will take advantage and do nothing for themselves and not respect were they are.

The government is funding hud and other programs now they are displacing people who have waited for years.

Property owners are taking government money refurbishing apartment units displacing the people and raising their rent upon return or giving them to refuges because of guaranteed money by the government.

It is just a matter of time before renters are priced out of their own towns.

Taking away community centers for children after school to turn into refuge areas.
Not giving a voice to those this is affecting.
Stealing the money that was awarded to the victims of the fentanyl crisis giving 51 million to fund refuge programs.

They are also getting access to private job list that Americans cannot, I believe it is because they can pay them less, but this is stopping Americans from getting access to these opportunities.

Being giving drivers licenses with proof they can even drive, and allowing them to hurt people and damage property.
They are also involved in crime that some police say they have no jurisdiction to do any thing about, meanwhile citizens are giving traffic tickets.

They DO NOT CARE ABOUT US!!!!!

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The City Council on Wednesday is expected to vote on Mayor Brandon Johnson's request for another $70 million in funding to provide shelter and other services to thousands of asylum seekers in Chicago.
The City Council Budget Committee approved the funding request on Monday on a 20-8 vote, setting it up for final approval on Wednesday.

The funds would come from the city's 2022 budget surplus.
The city already has budgeted $150 million to care for migrants this year, but the mayor's office has acknowledged that won't be enough for the entire year.

The request for $70 million more is part of the original spending plan Gov. JB Pritzker's office said was discussed back in February when the governor and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle announced they would invest a combined $250 million to help fund the migrant mission, which they said, along with the Johnson administration, anticipated would cost $321 million for shelter and services this calendar year.

Johnson was asked about reports that he had committed an additional $70 million to complete that $321 million estimated cost, but he denied it at the time.
