Wrongfully Terminated GHC teachers speak out!

Five teachers and educators of Granada Hills Charter were unfairly terminated during the Covid-19 pandemic for simply exercising their rights to medical freedom and asking for religious and medical vaccine exemptions respectively. This is a complete violation of the law, and PERK filed a lawsuit against the school to protect the civil liberties of these teachers. Based on recent cases, there is a high chance of victory if the GHC case is taken to trial.

The case filed against Granada Hills Charter is set for trial on November 4. Although Granada is trying desperately to get out of the case before trial, we believe the case will go to trial and be decided by a jury. It would be the first LA based case to go to trial on these issues.
