Recipe Chicken / Rabbit:

Chicken Breast / Rabbit Loin - 1000 g (1Kg)
Diced Onions - 100 g
Beef tallow / Suet - 25 g
Butter - 25 g
Salt - 10 g
Curry Powder - 8 g
Korma - 8 g
Pepper - 3 g
Ginger Powder - 3 g

Pureed Diced Tomatoes - 100 g
Heavy Whipping Cream - 100 g

If you need to thicken
Psyllium Husk Powder - 3 g

Recipe Rice:

Water - 480 g / 2 Cups (Hot)
Rice - 200 g / 1 Cup
Butter - 15 g / 1 Tbs
Salt - 5 g / 1 Tsp
Stock - 5 g / 1 Tsp

Add all the ingredients together in an oven safe container, mix well & cover with foil.

Cook in the oven at 350F for 22 - 25min.

Fluff & Serve
