Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz GIN
15ml-1/2oz LEMON JUICE
2 bsp. POWDERED SUGAR
75ml BRUT CHAMPAGNE

Shake gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and powdered sugar with ice. Strain into chilled glass. Express lemon oils while pouring. Top with Brut Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon zest twist on rim.

Just leave the elephant at the zoo.
