2) You grew up and became a police officer who was on the scene of another murder at a school. Your unique experience helped you with the family of the murdered student. Talk to us about that.

3) In an emergency situation, the importance of preparedness cannot be overstated. What is your take on how to best practice a preparedness mindset?
