Paul Ingrassia: There’s ‘no precedent’ for New York’s two-tiered system of justice against Trump

Constitutional Scholar and attorney Paul Ingrassia says former President Donald Trump is “pretty much the only felon” New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg have convicted while thousands of criminals remain on the streets. “New Yorkers know it best. A lot of them are really disenchanted by what’s going on. Even people who weren’t die-hard Trump supporters or who are moderates or even Democrats in the past, they see it’s horrible for business,” he says.
