An original anime based on the popular video game league of legends. The anime was released on Netflix in November of 2021 and became an instant hit with audiences. Ranking among the top 10 chart on Netflix in 52 countries. In 2022 the series became the first streaming series to win a Primetime Emmy Award for outstanding animated program as well as an Annie award for best general audience animated television broadcast production according to Wikipedia. Arcane season 2 will finally be released in November 2024 after a 3-year hiatus.
