Apparently Serious/Shiversoftdev has come out of retirement to say that the T7 Patch is safe but he thinks that the servers haven't moved to China. On the other hand, Gunoftruth says that the server did in fact move to China. So is Black Ops 3 safe now or are there still problems with the game?
