I remember when I was a kid I woke up in the middle of the night to a flashing blue light outside my bedroom window and I looked out and it was like looking at a total different country, the vehicle with what appeared to be a blue police light, just one light, resembled nothing like anything I had seen before. The streets were different and the houses were brick across the street which there is no brick house. I was confused and just went back to bed and everything normal the next time I got up.
