Germans have noticed that their nation's economy nosedived into oblivion over last 2 years and that they've finally just realised that escalating the Ukrainian conflict won't suddenly reverse it's dire poor economic quagmire, since Germany was once the powerhouse of Europe due to very cheap energy supplies from Russia until the Nordstream pipelines were sabotaged.
