Pokemon Polished Crystal, Episode 21: Shinies!!!

While training for the fight with Clair, I encountered my first wild shiny. Note: the red Gyarados doesn't count, the hack treats it like the anime does as a Magikarp that was made to evolve prematurely and kept its original color. Conveniently, this first shiny just so happened to be a pokemon specifically designed to hard counter dragon types.
