We are profoundly saddened by the sudden death of Byron Charles from Grand Bay he left to mourn his father Francis Charles aka Black-Man from Mabouchée Grand Bay Dominica, who resides in Canada and his mother Cecelia Felix aka Noreen, from Grand Bay who resides in Guadeloupe, his Brothers and Sisters, his Grandparents, his Uncles and Aunties, Nephews and Cousins.
