Strikes on Russian Ammunition Depots

Ukrainian authorities announced on Saturday that they initiated strikes on two ammunition storage sites in Russia's Krasnodar and Tver regions, aiming to undermine Russian military strength. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the Tikhoretsky arsenal in Krasnodar was hit in a coordinated effort with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), marking it as one of the largest munitions depots crucial for Russian logistical operations. Krasnodar's governor, Veniamin Kondratiev, described the event as a “terrorist attack by the Kiev regime” on Telegram but failed to reveal details about any destruction caused. He noted that two drones were intercepted, resulting in debris that sparked a fire and prompted temporary evacuations in the vicinity.
