Bone Soup a Delicious Traditional Recipe from Nomadic Lifestyle
Rural women need the following ingredients to make a delicious and nutritious soup:
Peas
Beans
Lentils
Wheat
Ash noodles
Onions
Beef bones
They soak the legumes beforehand and cook the bones well the night before. Then they add the ingredients to the water and let it cook thoroughly. The process of cooking the legumes takes about three to four hours. Afterward, they add the stems and wait for it to cook.
They prepare healthy meals and consume them daily to maintain their energy levels, as daily tasks require a lot of energy. Along with cooking this delicious soup, they also bake a local bread called "Panjiish" in their native language. This bread is made with simple dough and can be used in various meals.
