Should the evidence be collected forensically and to the standard of a competent police officer and if the "crucial evidence" garenteed a prosecutor 90-100% chance of conviction would you take the case?
Should any private injury lawyers take the case they would make a fortune. We are not bothered about money we just need it to stop before we are dead. For every false claim made against us we have a recording that shows otherwise. We have recorded well and good for years. It has been a full time occupation collecting evidence. We have it in the bag. We just can't ever find a solicitor that is prepared to stop it.
