The 7 Chakra System and the Layers of the Aura

This video ended up being a little longer than I hoped but it it I give an overview of the 7 Chakra system that is the foundation of a lot of energy healing as well as the corresponding auric layers to each chakra. It shows what happens when the chakras are in balance as well as out of balance. In order to heal these imbalances there are steps you can take to do on your own, for persistent issues or as a treat to yourself you can visit an energy worker of your choice. Don't worry, sometimes just taking time for yourself and treating things on multiple levels will allow also allow for healing of the chakras and aura on a physical, mental and emotional level.
