CRYPTIDS, PORTALS & MISSING PEOPLE IN THE APPALACHIANS

On this episode, Jessica goes “On the Hunt” with cryptid field researcher Wayne Totherow of Mannimal Research to explore the dark secrets of the Appalachians, from cryptids and portals to mysterious entities and clusters of missing people.

Wayne is the host of the Paranormal Odyssey Podcast, as well as the Founder and President of Mannimal Research, a small Sasquatch research organization based out of S.E. Tennessee. Mannimal was formed in 2019 after Wayne looked into joining other research organizations. He was discouraged with all the negativity he saw in the other groups out there and vowed that his would be different. Wayne has led many field investigations in the years since starting the group and has uncovered some interesting evidence along the way.

Wayne was approached in 2022 to take over the hosting duties of the Paranormal Odyssey Podcast, after hosting his own YouTube channel on the subject of Bigfoot since 2020. Wayne is well respected in the community, and clearly displays a passion for this subject.
