The Philippines have stated they are sending a replacement ship to the Sabina Shoal to replace the BRP Teresa Magbanua, but it is unclear how the Philippines will counted the Chinese tactics that forced the retirement of their ship from the Sabina Shoal. The Philippines and South Korea are also in talks for a Visiting Force Agreement in reaction to China’s aggressive actions in the region.
