Creep Arrested For Flashing His Butt in Public

On October 20, 2023, officers were dispatched in response to reports of a man exposing his buttocks and yelling at people. Upon arrival at the scene, they learned that the man had also broken a window of a nearby apartment. The man continued to behave erratically and was not willing to listen to the officers' commands. He kept repeating the same thing over and over. The male continued to abuse the officers. The man was charged with resisting arrest, evading and obstructing justice.
