How to make beef schnitzels, you'll need :
200gr minute steaks (2pcs)
salt and pepper
2 eggs
130 gr flour
1/4 cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
200 gr bread crumbs
mushroom sauce :
150 gr mix mushroom
1/2 medium onion
5 garlic
salt n pepper
2 tbsp creme fraiche
100 ml chicken stock
4 sprigs of thyme
