NJ Bill A1884 is Muzzle for Physicians

NJ Bill A1884 by Asm. Herb Conaway, MD (running for US Senate NJ-D) sponsored this bill in his committee today for debate. The bill's aim is to punish physicians who share information with patients that does not fit government, industry or academic models. In my opinion, It will harm both physicians and their patients by preventing necessary discussion of risks, benefits, and alternatives, necessary for informed consent. It also violates the first amendment to the bill of rights of the US Constitution that guarantees free speech for all.
