Search for a Cell With Specific Text in Microsoft Excel

In this tutorial, we will go over how to search for a cell containing specific text in Microsoft Excel. First, we will show you how to use the built in find box. Next, we will show you how to use the SEARCH Function as well as the ISNUMBER function to display a True or False for searching for the desired text. Finally, we will show you how to use conditional formatting to highlight the cells with the value you wish to find.
