A Leelanau Township Supervisor wants to do away with political parties.

A Northern Michigan Township Supervisor believes removing party labels from
township elected positions will highlight what people have in common rather
than differences. Leelanau Township Supervisor Mike McMillan says those R’s
and D’s connected to names creates division. If re-elected he says he will push for
