Ubisoft Runs from Japanese Gamers Over Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Ubisoft has been putting out a lot of fires with their upcoming Assassin’s Creed game and now it’s looking like the company is going out of their way to avoid Japanese gamers.

Without any excuse Ubisoft pulled out of their Tokyo Game Show presentation including a stream. Presumably more updates were going to be released at this presentation, but Ubisoft doesn’t seem interested in presenting their game set in Japan to Japanese players. It seems due to all the backlash the game developer has gotten from that market they are trying to avoid any further negative press.
