Chocolate Biscuits Recipe

In this video, I will show you how to make delicious chocolate biscuits from scratch. Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 and 1/8 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 egg
• A pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add egg and vanilla essence. Beat until well combined.
5. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
6. Spoon the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle.
7. On a lined baking tray, pipe the dough into your desired shapes, such as rosettes, circles, or long lines. Leave some space between each biscuit, as they will spread slightly while baking.
8. Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes or until the edges are firm.
9. Let the biscuits cool completely on the baking tray.
