Blackbaud announced deeper integration of Microsoft AI and analytics into their purpose-built software for unique business operations of social impact organizations – without the need for costly customizations. Salesforce and NVIDIA announced a strategic collaboration to develop advanced AI capabilities for the enterprise with autonomous agent and interactive avatar experiences. ECI announced a new integration of its EvolutionX, its B2B ecommerce platform, with e-automate, its cloud-based business management ERP software.
