I Happened Upon Something Odd.... Tesla Grave Yard?

While returning from a car show in my Miata, I took a different route than usual, and ended up at a road block, whited forced me to take another street I've never taken before. A hidden parking lot full of Tesla cars and Cybertrucks. I had a lot of questions. What are they doing here? Who put them here? Do they drive? Are the defective? Were they all put in Full Self Drive mode and ended up here by accident?
