Solutions for School Choice!

Can Kentucky's school system be improved? Should parents have more choices as to where to send their children? Or is the so-called "public" school system too far gone to be saved or salvaged? Should we spend more money and assume that Is the answer? This November, Kentuckians will have the option to vote on Amendment 2 which will remove governmental obstacles to school choice. Jim Waters of BIPPS.ORG talks of the need to support Amendment 2 and give parents greater freedom in choosing the best school for their children! If approved, this important amendment will allow for more educational opportunities for families, students, and teachers.
