Donald Trump Briefed on Iran's "Real and Specific" Threats to His Life | Firstpost America

Former US President Donald Trump has been briefed about "real and specific" threats to his life from Iran, his campaign has said. US intelligence officials say the goal of these threats is to sow chaos in the nation. In recent months, coordinated attacks against the Republican presidential candidate have heightened as Tehran is allegedly trying to interfere in the presidential election. Responding to the latest threats, Trump in a social media post said that any attack on him would be a death wish for the attacker, as he is surrounded by more security personnel and weapons than ever. The former president has previously survived two assassination attempts- the first in July and the second in September.
