Soldiers using Starlight Scopes in Vietnam reported seeing eerie, ghost-like figures moving through the jungle at night. The green-tinted images revealed Viet Cong soldiers, often unseen by the naked eye, blending into the shadows. Some described the experience as surreal, almost otherworldly, given the device's grainy, glowing visuals, other saw ghosts demons and in one instance a giant dragon.
