Hyena pack attacks lions

In the wild, lions and hyenas are natural rivals, often clashing over kills. Hyenas, being opportunistic scavengers, are drawn to a lion’s fresh prey, seeking to steal what they haven’t earned. This intrusion sparks fierce conflict, as lions, proud hunters, won’t easily surrender their meal. Yet, hyenas attack in large, relentless packs, outnumbering the lone lion. In such a chaotic fray, the lion may find itself overwhelmed, its strength no match for the sheer numbers and persistence of the hyenas. Eventually, this imbalance can lead to the lion's demise, making these encounters deadly.
