Nanotech movement in drop of blood

In this short clip of a 17 min clip, I've sped up the film in certain places, which is easy to detect, but mostly what you are looking at is one drop of blood, 20 mins. old, unvaccinated. Notice how the blood is either being pushed out of the way or transformed so the nano can build. If I had better equipment, I'm sure I would see more. But you can clearly see the motion.
