TODAY'S REAL LIFE COCKTAIL:
Champagne Sidecar

1 ½ ounces brandy
¾ ounces Cointreau
¾ ounces fresh lemon juice
Champagne for top-up
Lemon twist for dressing

Add brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice to a shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champers and dress with lemon twist or whatever. . .it's a free country!
