Agatha episode 3 is a significant improvement...but nothing happens

Agatha all along episode 3 is so far the best in the series. The premise is fun and simple, characters are far more reigned in, and we get some development. I felt less bored in it, but it really meandered a lot, and still took too long to get form point A to point B. If it was 24 minutes long, I would have very little to complain about
