若想補充維生素B,除了吃保健食品,從天然食物獲取更佳。台灣營養師彭逸珊表示,維生素B種類多樣,怎麼挑選大有學問,如果想提振精神,可以選擇鮮奶、雞蛋、堅果類,假若要保護神經,建議選擇雞胸肉、鮭魚、雞蛋,預防貧血則是金黃奇異果、香蕉等。
彭逸珊指出,市面上B群產品眾多,每一種作用都不同,若是想幫助「提振精神」,應挑選與蛋白質、醣類、脂質能量代謝有關的種類,例如B1、B2、B6、菸鹼酸等,食物方面可多吃「鮮奶、雞蛋、胚芽米、糙米、堅果類」。
彭逸珊接著說,如果想「保護神經」,應選擇維他命B1、B6、B12與菸鹼酸,這類都和神經系統健康相關,平時多吃「全麥、瘦豬肉、雞胸肉、鮭魚、雞蛋」。假若要「預防貧血」,多補充維他命B6、B12和葉酸,因為貧血不只與鐵有關,缺乏這類營養素也容易導致貧血,日常可吃「金黃奇異果、香蕉、菠菜、韭菜、雞胸肉、蛤蜊」。
彭逸珊最後強調,尿液是否變黃,「不能」當成B群有無吸收的標準,但可初步判斷這款B群是否有添加維他命B2,因為維他命B2溶於水後,會變成螢光黃色。
