Star Trek Online: Time after Time after Time

We are in a fight for survival against the Iconians, time for a confrontation. we arrive (in a shiny new ship yet again) to find the fleet up against seemingly overwhelming numbers. We fight our way to the Iconian gateway and after some furious combat work our way inside the sphere. More combat ensues until our forces are beamed inside the Iconian control rooms. Inside there we fight our way through the passageways until we confront an Iconian leader, using our wits and no small amount of hardware we slowly drain the Iconian of her power eventually forcing her to succumb to our attacks. On her death she summons her allies - one of whom appears to be missing an arm - the one that Kahless lopped off during an earlier visit of ours. They're quite annoyed at us promising to wipe out all life and us in particular so we run away!

Next up the Krenim might have a solution, it's 'time' for us to try out some ideas in a specially programmed holodeck, the first 2 scenarios don't appear at all good but the 3rd looks promising, so we head off in the Krenim time bubble to put in place the fix that should remove the Iconians as a threat... sadly we arrive at Romulus to find we've made it so that it's been completely assimilated by the Borg, we must fix that so we fight through and do an emergency timeline repair. Unfortunately this has other effects which we'll discover in the next mission.
