MCToon Sextant Challenge Attempt 1

I came across a fun application of the Flat Earth Sciences, a three star fix. The challenge information is available here https://mctoon.net/10ksextantv2/ and we are given the angle of elevation from the horizon for three stars.

This means we need to find the latitude and longitude on the Flat Earth Model where the angle of elevation matches for all three cases.
