Conspiracy theorists still batting 1000

Gov does control the weather. DEW's are REAL. HAARP is real, even Bobby Kennedy was talking about the chemtrails. CERN is real and there is more than one, etc. It's all right there for people to actually research.
So yes, the government controls the weather!
