Watching a Broader lens Podcast of Ora Nadrich earlier I was inspired by her mentioning Onion Layers. I talk a lot about Onion or Rice Layers and so understood her ideas. However I was then reminded of The Hekhalot Practices of Old. Going through the Heavenly Palaces towards the Divine. A way of Reaching Unity Consciousness is another way to look at this. I then realised the day to day truth of this in our Life Times.
