Today on Day 233 of my sobriety, I listened to ONE OK ROCK's live performance of "Change" from their "Eye of the Storm" Japan Tour. Before diving into the music, I talked about the concept of change. I realized that maybe the hardest part of change isn’t the action itself, but overcoming the emotions tied to it. For me, it's always the emotions that create hesitation—whether it's fear, doubt, or uncertainty.

I also shared how important it is to have a plan when you’re seeking change. Everything we want to change seems interconnected, so sometimes focusing on the biggest challenge first helps the rest fall into place.

Additionally, I reflected on how vital support is, but there are moments when I've had to be alone in my darkest times. It made me realize the importance of building inner strength. People have their own lives and may not always be able to show up, so learning to rely on your own strength is essential.

As for the music, I enjoyed ONE OK ROCK’s "Change" a lot. The lyrics were simple, but the music was captivating, with an unexpected Indian vibe at the start. A very cool track!
