Once she has that information she should go straight to my favorite National Veterans Disability Claims Attorneys  Hill & Ponton run mostly by Carol Ponton. They have tutorial videos on YouTube for many aspects of this complicated subject. They are well versed in spousal/next of kin claims and how that is all done.

A. ) Get C File : ( go straight to Congressman to save time - they all have a VA Specialist to hand this task over to. It’s their job. Have them do it. ) 

B. ) Call for Carol Ponton at Hill and Ponton and tell Carol that Tom Trefts recommended their services.
