Hard as Pavement

"This is Some Hard Dirt"

Have you ever been on a dirt path or road that feels just as hard as an asphalt or cement road. I know I think I have definitely fallen down on such a road and it seemed like it hurt my knee just as badly if not worse.

As we continue to stay with Jesus as He is going through the parable about the farmer, the seed, and the soils, we are going to talk about each soil one at a time and today's soil is as hard as a rock.

This analogy used by Jesus explains why a group of people receive His teaching the way that they do. It is because their hearts are as "Hard as Pavement."
