The Gypsy Rose/ Hailey Owens Connection

Did Gypsy Rose Blanchard know Hailey Owens like Dee Dee Blanchard had written on a FB post? Hailey was smurdered in Springfield, Missouri on February 18th 2014. Was there any involvement on Gypsy's part or people Gypsy knew or "worked" with? All alleged and in my opinion.
