Next, Joseph reminds us that the gates of hell can not overcome the church(Ecclesia); asserting that Jesus’s blood is stronger than animal's blood in response to the blood-letting practices all over our land. He reveals that it’s the church’s responsibility to stand up to Goliath as David did, for whether by many or by few, the great God Almighty will rescue our nation. He relays his past vision where God commanded him to “Come up higher”, calling him to a higher task of prophetic journalism and soul-winning. Again, he revisits his trip to Noah’s Ark, disclosing the prophetic message received from God involving a redemptive instability.

Furthermore, he leads us to the Book of Matthew 24:16-20, to educate us about the importance of prayer and intercession at this time. He cites the Book of 1 Chronicles 12:32 to enlighten us about the sons of Issachar who discerned the signs of the time, knew what to do, and were aligned with the right people to accomplish it. He explains that it’s not enough to have a vision, we must be aligned with the right people to accomplish it. He warns about a red October and a dark November, urging us to pray against this, and for rain. He reassures us, declaring that the battle is not over until we win; further encouraging us to pray and fast because America will either repent as Nineveh did or go through the fire. He then exposes what to expect in the coming years and seasons.
