Mayo Garda/Court Mafia Strike Again. The Framing of John O'Boyle. Gardaí at Ballina Garda Barracks, Co #Mayo, routinely tell Lies in court, the DPP tells Lies, the Judges know it, and it is allowed.
When #JoeDoocey was wrongly jailed 7 years ago by corrupt Gardaí that was an extreme. But today, from the same barracks, Gardaí are attempting the very same thing with another innocent man.
This video exposes that Ballina Gardaí came onto private property, on the pretext of investigating a traffic issue, and then conspired to charge John O’Boyle with having committed an assault.
In Garda #Naughton Statement, he #Claimed as a result of John driving into him, that he suffered a #RotatorCuffTear in his #RightShoulder.
The incident, which occurred during Lockdown, is recorded on video, it is easy to see that No offence was committed – other than Gardaí Trespassing on Private Property.
#JohnOBoyle was convicted of assaulting Garda Padraig Naughton and is now awaiting sentence, they want to put him in jail. John had been singled out by #Ballina Gardaí during the Lockdown, as he refused to comply with the nonsensical regulations.
Sadly, such Corruption is now common practice throughout #Ireland.
