Cyberpunk 2077 Nomad Ep155 - MaxTac (No Commentary)

Ok I get that the developers wanted the MaxTac team transporting Songbird to be its own boss fight sequence that set them apart from the usual nameless police officers that litter Night City.

But they really didn't need to go as far as making up that bizarre gameplay mechanic where Reed has to render one of them vulnerable with his rifle. Until he's hit one of them, they all have 100% dodge and there's nothing you can do about it.

Seriously? That's what they went with? They could have just bumped up each of the MaxTac operators pool of health points to 200% of what it would've been, if they were the normal guys you run into after getting the highest possible wanted level. That on it's own would have been fine, Reed could still have been involved, peppering them with the occasional shot from his little sniper perch.
