the original video is about 25 minutes long in 2 parts so I obviously had to do some editing to get it down to a 4 minute song. I wound up using the parts that seemed to be most relevant to the perceived political climate today.

It's worth noting that while I agree it's weird the government has programs like this; the original video made in 1968 is more about fighting communist insurgents in other countries than it is about using the same tactics in the U.S. but that obviously doesn't mean they aren't doing it here either soooooooooooooo.
