Serving high court injunction papers on John Sisk Clonmel

We got an interlocutory injunction and also a plenary summons from the high court and we served them to the builder / developer John Sisk & Sons on the heywood road modular site. We also sent these via registered post to their registered offices in citywest.

They completely ignored them.

We are back in the high court on the 15th of October.
