The Wizard of Oz 1925

Larry Semel's The Wizard of Oz 1925 is a *weird* adaptation! It's very different from either the book or the more famous color version with Judy Garland. In it, Dorothy is *actually* the princess of Oz, hidden by Uncle Henry, and the various farmhands disguise themselves once in Oz - briefly. Larry Semon as the Scarecrow, Oliver Hardy as the Tin Man, Snowball as the Cowardly Lion.
